Guest Policy

  • All guests must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • The age between 14 to 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and sign a waiver of responsibility to use the club facilities.
  • A current local picture ID that contains the date of birth is required for admittance to the facility.
  • Guest Pass must be activated within 30 days of the date issued.
  • Once a guest pass is activated It will become valid for the set number of days on the pass. All guest passes are for consecutive use (In a row) until the pass expiration date is reached. Example – A 3-day guest pass activated on January 1st would expire on January 3rd of the same year.
  • Guest Passes are limited to one pass per person for every 12 months. The 12 month timeframe starts from the expiration date of the previous guest pass.
  • Guests cannot use consecutive guest passes for admittance to the facility. Guests wanting to use the facility that have already used a guest pass within a 12 month period must pay the daily guest rate fee.
  • The guest must have an orientation with a Fitness Consultant prior to using the facility.
  • Guest pass usage of the club’s amenities may vary depending on the guest pass issued. The Fitness Consultant will be glad to clarify any questions with the guest prior to activation.
  • Guest passes are only available for local residents that live within a 15-mile radius of Max Fitness Warner Robins.
  • Out of town guests may purchase a guest pass for daily or weekly use.
